This villa is a new luxurious seafront villa in Protaras / Cape Greco in a beautifully designed gated development. Outside it has its own private swimming pool and landscaped garden with chairs and sun beds for six and a gas BBQ. Relax overlooking the sea and shoreline which is ideal for snorkelling (using equipment provided in the villa). It's just a 5 minute walk along the shore to the local beach or a few minutes further to Konnos beach with its water sports facilities. The villa has two stylish and comfortable double bedrooms (one en suite) and one pretty twin. Cool marble floors and tables on the ground floor are complimented by comfortable leather sofas. The villa has free high speed Wi-fi internet access, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, Nintendo Wii console,PlayStation 2, iPod/mp3 docking stations and a local mobile phone for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher etc. so everything you need is to hand. It is your luxury home from home.

The Jasmine villa is located on a lovely shoreline, on the Cape Greco side of Protaras. Only a few minutes drive to Protaras and its famous Fig Tree Bay, a vast array of restaurants, bars and other attractions and 5 minutes to Agia Napa with its wide beaches and fun night-life. The beautiful unspoilt area of Cape Greco has stunning coastal views and walks. The shore opposite the villa is popular with local fishermen and great for diving and snorkelling. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes walk away or a few minutes further in the other direction is the popular Konnos beach and the 5 star Grecian Park hotel, which provides a variety of water sports. You'll find diving, excursions and scooter or beach buggy hire in Protaras and in Agia Napa the award-winning Water World Water Park and boat trips from the harbour. Lovely local restaurants and bars are within walking distance or just a short drive from the villa, and there is a choice of supermarkets nearby.

Children are welcome but this is a luxury villa and the garden, which opens directly to the shoreline, is not fully fenced. For young children a cot and high chair can be provided on request. The villa itself is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed outside. The local satellite system provides hundreds of TV and radio channels. Wireless broadband internet access is provided for guests who have laptops and the Ipod / MP3 docking stations in the sitting room and master bedroom can also be used with your laptop to play your own music or internet radio. We have provided the latest Nintendo Wii games console with two wireless controllers so you can play virtual sports such as tennis, golf or bowling and other games - If you have other favourites please bring them with you. The DVD player will play both DVDs and CDs and the MP3 speakers work with any player with a standard headphone socket. A local pay-as-you-go mobile phone is provided for guests use whilst staying in the villa.

The prices are fully inclusive of air conditioning etc. and cots and high chairs are available for hire at a small daily rate.

A refundable security deposit of £250 / €300 is required as security against breakages etc. This deposit is refunded (subject to no breakages) within 14 days of the booking end.
